First, you are on a standard trial, so you are limited in what symbols you can use. We have set your account for an "Activated Trial", so now you have access to all symbols. Second, you are using the wrong symbols for the Trading Evaluator Service. The symbols in the images are CQG symbols, but your chart header shows that you are connected to our Trading Evaluator Service. Select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service to get the correct symbols. Going forward, be sure to use File >> Find Symbol to open a chart in order to get the correct symbols for your current service.
