The problem/limitation is on the Sierra Chart side. It does not know that you do not have real-time data for those particular symbols.

So the only way to solve this is to install another installation of Sierra Chart. Instructions:
Using Multiple Data and Trading Services at the Same Time

And then disable this option in that installation in order to get the delayed data:
Data/Trade Service Settings: Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Other Settings)
