None of the settings on the page you have shown have any impact on this. You do not need to change any of those. What is your Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service set to? When you open Sierra Chart and open your Chartbooks, if you have the Status Bar showing in one of your control bars (typically green, but could be red with letters and numbers showing things like "DF:xxxx ST:x, x BR:xxx.xx") then let us know if this is green or red.
