We opened both chartbooks without any issues in version 2473 and 2474.

Please set the option for Global Settings >> General Settings >> Log >> Save Message Log to File to Yes. Then exit Sierra Chart and start it again. Then try to open one of the problem Chartbook. If the system crashes, then open the saved Message Log (it will be in the folder named Logs directly under your main Sierra Chart installation folder).

We are hoping there is some information before the shutdown written to the log to point to the issue.
