As long as you have not entered any values in cells J80 and J81 (Attached Order Target/Stop Offset) then the Attached Orders for an order placed through the Spreadsheet will be taken from the Trade Window for that chart. Therefore, you would setup the Attached Orders as you want them on the Trade Window (and ensure the option for Use Attached Orders is enabled) and then place an order through the spreadsheet and you will get those attached orders.
