It does not look like you did what we said. Close all of your Chartbooks and open a new chart and attach a Trade Window window and configure it as you specified. We see multiple charts open and studies on the chart. This looks far more complex than what you would have quickly set up. You simply could not have a problem like this with a basic configuration.
