We do not have ICE data ourselves. But, if you have a trading service that offers ICE data, then you can use this data in Sierra Chart and then trade the ICE directly from Sierra Chart. The Sierra Chart Order Routing Service with TT does not support trading ICE. It only works for the CME Group and EUREX. But, if your broker can set you up with another order routing service for ICE, or if you have another broker that supports ICE data/trading then if that is using CQG or Rithmic, then you could use that. You would need to setup a second Sierra Chart installation in order to connect to that trading account.
