I am currently researching to get my own VPS also in Aurora. Is this supposed to be faster than Cemark? I agree with User488431's comment above regarding reducing the denali market data lag to VPS location. It can give us significant advantage and can become part of your overall strategies.
Generally speaking, Aurora should be faster but depending on where you're located in both locations, differences could be negligable. Also depends on where you're receiving data, my understanding is SC serves data from both locations...it would be nice to have the option to select which server again like we had previously had the ability. I want to be able to properly test and get the best out of what SC has to offer at a reasonable cost, not get sub-ms data/routing, but doing so and finding documentation for best practices is difficult to figure out. |
