Hey, I'd like to use SS to place automated orders. I had a problem with the setting: signal only on bar close - I closed the chartbook and re-opened it, and now it's working. Though Spreadsheets is still messing up entries and exits. I would like the program to execute in real time, and not on bar close. And that seems to be fine for most orders - However, the program often enters and exits, without having actually met the conditions. Truly, these are simple conditions, and they are being executed seemingly by accident. I believe these issues could be solved with a system that used limit orders, instead of market orders.
