We see that you have activated the NASDAQ TotalView exchange, therefore the most likely reason you are not getting real-time data for stocks is that you are not using the symbol needed for the NASDAQ TotalView exchange. In this case, you need to add a suffix of '-NQTV' (no quotes) to the base stock symbol. For example, for IBM you need to enter the symbol IBM-NQTV.
