Your ANDs and your ORs are not placed correctly. The AND and OR take a comma delimited set of items and determines the individual results and then tests against the individual items. Such as AND(Condition1, Condition2) where both Condition1 and Condition2 need to be True for the AND to be True. But you have the AND for a single item, which is not needed and will not work.
