Sierra Chart requests and processes market depth data from Interactive Brokers properly. We see you are using IQ Feed for data and using data from a remote instance. Have you subscribed to market depth data from IQ Feed? If so, then make sure you have Global Settings >> General Settings >> Use Non-Chart Data from Remote Instances enabled.
