#4 is just the CME exchange with Market Depth, not the Full CME Group. #1 is the full CME Group (all 4 exchanges) with Market Depth. Keep in mind the CME Group is composed of 4 exchanges - CME, CBOT, COMEX and NYMEX. #2 and #3 do not include the Market Depth data - that is correct. #2 is the Full CME Group without Market Depth and #3 is the CME exchange (alone) without Market Depth.
