We do not support CQG data for the CME Group and EUREX, therefore you are not getting your data from CQG (through your AMP account), even if you are paying them for it. Rather, you are setup to get data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, but you only have the following exchange active: - CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts This is why you are able to get the ES (S&P 500 Index Futures) but not the YM (Dow Jones Index Futures), as the YM is traded on the CBOT. Therefore, you would need to change your exchange options depending on what exactly you need. If you just need data for the YM, then we recommend adding the following exchange: - CBOT with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts But, if you would be needing data for another one of the 4 CME Group exchanges, then you would be better off turning off the "CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts" and instead activating the following exchange, as it gives you all 4 of the exchanges for the price of 3: - Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts -- Just be aware that the exchange fees are not pro-rated, so you will pay the full amount for the month in which you activate the exchange, regardless of when, within the month, you activate the exchange. In other words, if you activated an exchange today (December 30, 2022) then you would pay the full amount for the exchange in order to get data for 2 days (1 day really of trading - since today is Friday) and then you would pay the full amount for the exchange fee again on January 1, 2023 for the month of January. Therefore, you probably should wait until January 1, 2023 to activate any new exchanges. If you are going to deactivate any exchanges, then you would want to do that immediately, as you will still get the data through the end of the month, but you are setting the exchange to not automatically renew.
