If you are wanting the VIX Index (not the VIX Futures) then you need to set this up using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and enable the CBOE Indices exchange. Follow the instructions at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#SetupInstructions The CFE exchange that is part of the Denali Exchange Data Feed is the VIX Futures. And the reason you are getting Delayed data for it is because you did not activate the exchange that is part of the Denali Exchange Data feed.
