The main thing to do is to select the option at the bottom left that states "Do not show this again". Then select the Close button to close the message window. You should not get a new message window unless there is something new to show you. But, note that the image you showed has a notification of a new update to an Account Support Ticket. New posts to the Account Support Board will also cause the window to show again.
