We cannot see this information so we do not know what the issue is: My sierrachart account open trade figures is different to my Fxcm Tradestation mobile app open trade figures it does not match? If my account is working properly the figures of open trades should be equal.
Where exactly are you referring to "open trade figures" in Sierra Chart? You will only see 1 for these values from FXCM data: There is no volume on my Bid and Ask column on my sierrachart trading Dom?
