A/ I will often create a trend-line in a higher time frame chart (30min, 60 min etc) and then link it through to a lower timeframe chart. I use the auto snap creation function when creating it originally. However, i find that when the market opens up the following day the trend-lines invariably have to be adjusted all over again, as they have shifted slightly up or down, on the lower timneframes. When you have multiple trendlines this is very time consuming. What can be done to fix this? B/ I also find that when creating an initial trendline using the auto snap-on creation function, the first point of contact on the higher timeframe ties in exactly to the same point on the lower timeframe chart. However when i drag the trendline along to the 2nd point of contact on the higher time-frame this normally needs to be off-sett so that it ties in on the lower frame. I have attached 2 files to hopefully explain this further. file 1034 shows the lower timeframe chart, and the trendline is just touching the wick of the candle as expected. However in order to get this i have had to adjust the trendline away from the contact point on the higher time frame ( as shown in 1032). Again, anything that can be done to avoid this issue ? Thks |
