I have enabled the scroll bar using Alt-S. Unfortunately, the issue remains, although it is now easier to move to the current bar. Further, every time I switch between charts using the tab menu at the bottom right, SC flashes what may be a downsized window, very briefly, before showing the chart as in the linked image above. Is there a way to get rid of the flash? Similar to the issue here: Window flashing when I have enabled the title bar as well as set autohide title bar and scroll bar to NO.
