And also regarding the above we are happy to help you get set up with the Denali Data Feed. But we cannot help with the CTS connectivity issue. For the time being you can use Sierra Chart just for charting.

You will want to set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service to "SC Data-AllServices"
