Hello, I know you are phasing out CTS but this is the first time ever have I had connectivity issues like this. I have asked CTS and they have done nothing on their end. My internet is working and I can connect to other live platforms but I cannot connect to Sierra via live data now. I have logged out and back in and its even worse now. Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated
