A week is 7 days starting from the Sunday Evening session (if there is one), unless you have specified to use Monday as the start of the week in the Global Settings. Obviously, if there is no trading on certain days, then that information is not included (such as Friday Evening, Saturday and Sunday day for CME Group futures). The reset will occur each Sunday night when the new week starts. There are no ways to manipulate this when selecting the option as you have. You would have to use one of the other options to manipulate the information (such as Days to load and use 5).
