There is not a specific option to keep the most recent price centered in the DOM, if this is what you are wanting. The closest you can come to the above is to use the "User Defined" option which will cause the scales to not change at all from where they are set. The easiest way to do this is to right-click on the scales and select "Scale Range: User Defined with Auto Set". If you want to keep the last price (closing price) of the last bar displayed in the chart (the bar furthest to the right) then you would wan to use "Constant Range" with "Re-Center to the Last Price on Every Update".
