We just had to check a few items in the log, but everything looks good there. It sounds like you have already tried this, but please do it again for us. On the chart that is having the issue, select Edit >> Delete All Data And Download. That should redownload all the data for the symbol and then reload the chart. It should resolve your issue. If it does not, then we would need to see your Chartbook to see if there is something set oddly.
