It is not a matter of Evaluation accounts, it is a matter of installations of Sierra Chart. You can have a total of 3 installations on a single computer that are connected at the same time to the Denali Exchange Data Feed. These are completely independent installations, not sub-instances that are started with File >> New Instance (those work differently). But, you can also pay for a second Exchange Fee and then get up to 3 more connections on a second computer.
