Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings You first need to open a chart using the Denali data feed option symbol. You can search for these through File >>Find Symbol >>>Futures Options - CME (Denali Data). And then search for the CQG option symbol to use for the Trade Symbol in Chart Settings and you would search for that using this method: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Futures Options And the category would be Futures-CME for the CQG symbols.
