We see the following in your log: The Chartbook file is not compatible. Contact Sierra Chart support for help with converting it. File: C:\SierraChart\Data\AGSCALPSCREEN.Cht
There is no reason why this would have occurred unless you also updated your Sierra Chart from an older version.
