I resolved the issue by going into File? >Data/Trade Service Settings >IB Trading >More Interactive Brokers Settings >Enable Financial Advisor Settings For Trading. The fact that trading allocations funcitoned well in other charts would have indicated that these settings were enabled, however they were not. All charts work now. I'm sending this follow-up to help other people who may have the same issue. |
