To specify that you are wanting the data from the NASDAQ TotalView instead of our U.S. Equites, you need to add a '-NQTV' to the symbol name. So for SPY, you would need to enter the symbol SPY-NQTV. Your ES is delayed because you are not setup to get any real-time data for the CME Group from us.
