I too have difficulty opening historical daily charts for many symbols on the instance that connects to SC data- all service. Here is one of the log taken for reference: HD Request # 18 \| Downloading Historical Daily chart data for MDX22-SIMEX. Starting date: 1972-11-11. Service: scdataallservices \| 2022-11-11 12:01:31.347 HD Request # 18 \| Requesting historical Daily data for D4X22 starting at 1972-11-10. SC External HD service. \| 2022-11-11 12:01:32.259 HD Request # 18 \| Error downloading historical Daily data for MDX22-SIMEX. Error: user is not authorized to execute query for one or more of the specified symbols\| 2022-11-11 12:01:33.376 I believe that this is the same issue as the original poster since I am also subscribing to the Sierra Chart exchange data feed. SC engineering team, would you assist to contact Barchart in order to resolve this issue for my account as well? Thank you.
