TransAct/Infinity stopped support for Sierra Chart a few months ago. You had continued to get the real-time CME Group data from our Denali feed since your non-professional account verification was valid through October 31, 2022. Since today is November 1, 2022 your status is no longer valid and you can not connect to TransAct/Infinity to verify your account any longer, which is why you are now getting the delayed data.

If you want to continue with Sierra Chart and change brokers, then we recommend a broker that supports our Teton Order Routing Service. You will find the list at Step #2 of the Setup Instructions for the Teton Order Routing Service here:

If you want to continue to use Sierra Chart just for charting, then you will still need to have a live, funded, futures trading account to verify your non-professional status for the CME Group. To do this, we recommend the service outlined at the following link:
