I received the following message: To continue to receive real-time CME data through the Denali Exchange Data Feed when using the lower-priced CME exchange fees which are enabled on your account, requires that you connect Sierra Chart to your live trading account at least once a month. I followed the directions and still can't get real time data. I trade with TransAct Futures. Maybe I'm not selecting the correct data feed. I need help with this please.
