Check to make sure that on the Symbol Settings window that the option for Use Custom Symbol Settings Values has a checkmark next to it. If it does not, then the option you set to Record Market Depth Data is not being used. If the above is not the issue, then you will want to look in the Data/MarketDepthData folder under your main Sierra Chart installation folder and see if there are market depth data files for each day in there and that they have a reasonable size (50,000 to 400,000 KB in size).
