When using Rithmic, you must use the Denali Exchange Data Feed, or you are going to have problems which we cannot help with. Instructions: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* After you enable the Denali Data Feed, you need to do a full re-download of the data: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
