The reason the numbers are on top of each other is that the Tick Size and the Price Display Format are not correct. They need to be set to 0.01 for both of them. These settings can be found on Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol. Refer to the documentation for these settings here: Chart Settings: Price Display Format (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol Settings menu) You are setup to get the real-time data for that symbol, as you are subscribed to the Dow Jones Indices. If you are still not getting real-time data for the symbol then please get us your Message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
