In terms of the Sierra Chart setup, what you have done is the way to do what you want. You would need to ask Rithmic about the issue you are having. We really do not know how they handle this issue. We would have thought that having the separate logins would not be an issue, but perhaps they are doing some test on the IP Address and not allowing multiple connections to the same IP.
