1. We would need to see an image to see why you believe the data is being downloaded. 2. Once you select the Rithmic service, you need to select OK to close the Data/Trade Service Settings window, wait 1 minute, then open the Data/Trade Service Settings window and then select the pulldown for the list of servers.
