You will eventually need to change to Package 11, but doing so will not help with the Rithmic data. The reason you will have to change is that we have changed our packages such that you will need to be on one of our Integrated Packages in order to connect to trading services or get real-time data. You have not had to do this yet as it would occur with your next renewal.

With regards to the data, our recommendation would be to use our Denali Exchange Data Feed instead of the Rithmic data. You can still trade with Rithmic, but your data will be coming from us.

To get the Denali data for the CME Group, follow the instructions here:

Note that you will have to change to Package 11 in order to get the Denali data.
