Hi.

Today my account with Ironbeam using the Teton Order Routing Service was activated. I am subscribed to Package 10 and also paid for the CME top of the book data. I don't see any agreements which were not signed. However the CBOT and NYMEX is delayed and the CME (ES.NQ.etc) data does not update at all. PLease help.
