Hi John, thanks a lot for taking another look at the issues and for the kind offer to have a call next week. Luckily I was finally able to figure out and solve both issues this morning: Issue #1 (lagging chart in certain price area) was caused by a chart drawing. It was an Extending Rectangle that I drew from right to left (i.e. it was extending to the left rather than to the right). The drawing was already from beginning of October and it was not visible in the chart anymore (since it was extending to the left), so I completely forgot about it. Somehow it caused this severe lag whenever the specific price range in which the rectangle was initially drawn was visible in the chart. By deleting this specific drawing I was able to fully eliminate the lagging in the chart. Issue #2 (unable to scroll down below a certain price) was unrelated to Issue #1 (at first I thought they would be related, but this was not the case). I still don't know what exactly caused this issue, but after I used "Reset Scale" and zoomed in/out on both axes a couple of times, the "lock" disappeared and I am now able to properly scroll in all directions again. So, everything is fine again. However, thanks again for your support. It was really appreciated. |
