I know you hate this topic as much as I do. But I need help. i will not open a broker account or buy data at CME because it has worked so far. This problem usually occurs when I load intraday data on the weekend. But: It also didnt work yesterday. I have attached the "broker" chat history to the message. i am begging you for remote assistance to resolve this issue once and for all.
