Hi John, unfortunately I was wrong - the issue is still there. However, I was mistaken when I initially described the problem: It does not occur within a specific time period, but it is rather related to the currently visible price on the vertical axis. It's lagging when I scrolling through a specific price range. I have created a completely new empty chartbook again and only copied over the problematic chart. I have removed all studies from the chart (so the chart is completely empty now), and the issue still exists: When I scroll up and down, and the price range between approximately 3650 to 3670 (in ES) is visible the chart is lagging like crazy. And it's getting even stranger: When I zoom in into the chart quite a lot, I am unable to scroll down in the chart below the price 3658.25. I can scroll up as much as I want, but the chart doesn't move below the previously mentioned price point. May I kindly ask you to please have a look at the attached chart book and see if you can replicate the issue on your side? It's really driving me crazy because I cannot trade like this since the ES is currently moving in this price range, so I cannot reasonably use the chart for trading right now. |
