Please find the requested chartbook (privately) attached. I removed everything but two charts and have narrowed down the error as far as I could. The chartbook only contains two charts now: The one that is laggy in a small specific time period, and another one that is completely empty (I removed all studies from it). The lagging does not occur anymore when I remove the second (empty) chart, so something seems to be wrong here. But I am unable to figure out what it is. Hopefully you guys are more successful, because I am really curious now (and happy if it helps to fix some strange bug in the software). Lastly a short step-by-step guide on how to reliably replicate the issue: (i) In the chart "Footprint" go to 17.10.2022 at 10:50 am (price was around 3675 at that time). (ii) Scroll to the right - you will immediately notice that the chart is lagging like crazy. (iii) Scroll further to the right - the lag will disappear after approximately 11:30 am and the scrolling becomes completely smooth again after that point in time. (iv) Remove the second chart "50k" from the chartbook and repeat steps (i) - (iii). You will notice that the previously described lag does not occur anymore. |
