It is not possible for the Fill markers to not align with when the trades occurred, as the order fill markers are placed based on the actual trades. Although it can occur if you are using the Delayed Streaming Data and you did not realize it, in which case the markers would be off by the amount of the delay. If the issue is that the opening/closing of the markers is incorrect (i.e. a marker is showing an opening trade when it should be the closing of a trade), then that means that there is a missing order fill somewhere.
