Just for your information, your account did the following: - Prior to October 10, you were on Package 5 - October 10 - changed to Package 11 - October 11 - Changed to Package 5 - October 17 - Changed to Package 11 - October 17 - Changed to Package 10 - October 17 - Changed to Package 11 - October 17 - Changed to Package 10 - October 18 - Changed to Package 11 In order to connect to Rithmic, you need to be on one of the Integrated Packages (10, 11 and 12), so being on 10 or 11 does not matter for this purpose. Note that you are also using an Evaluation of Package 12 that started on October 10, 2022 and will continue to be available through December 10, 2022. --- In terms of the data, you are definitely getting the Rithmic data and we do not know why you are having the gaps with their data when you were not previously. But, in terms of setting up another account in order to qualify for the CME Group requirement for the non-professional exchange fees - you would only need to connect to that account about once a month in order to verify the account. Otherwise, you would stay connected to your Apex account.
