What this means is that your system is not connected to your live trading account. Rather the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service is set to SC Data - All Services.

What trading service do you use, or who is your broker and we can point you to the proper instructions to connect.

Once connected to your trading service, when you select Simulation Mode On and the checkmark is next to it, then you are in simulation mode and the orders do not go to the trading service. When the checkmark next to Simulation Mode On is not there, then you are sending orders to your live trading account. Refer to the following for more information:
