the way you have your original condition is fine if you are wanting to test when it is within the range between 210 and 499. Therefore, you would just use the exact same condition with the addition of the IDx before the SG2 and SG3, and this would be in a single Color Bar Based on Alert Condition study. If you just want to color the bar and not do anything else "fancy", then just leave all the Inputs at their defaults.
