We can not say why things were working previously. But from what we see of your account, you would have been getting the Rithmic data previously and you are still doing so. Therefore, the issue you are having is related to the Rithmic data. Refer to the following: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Rithmic Support Policy We do see that you had setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed for CME data, but the problem is that the CME Group has a requirement that you have a live, funded, futures trading account to which you can connect Sierra Chart in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees. A prop firm account (such as Apex) does not count towards this requirement.
