You have not paid for any specific real-time data, but our FOREX and CFD data is always available as real-time data. Any other data would be either delayed streaming data (CME Group, EUREX, CFE, and NASDAQ TotalView) or delayed updating data. If you are needing data for other exchanges (CME Group, EUREX, CFE, or NASDAQ TotalView) then you would need to be on one of the Integrated Packages (10, 11, and 12) and go through the Setup Instructions for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You can change your package at any time and we just recalculate the Usage Time available based on the difference in the package prices. You can change your package at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#ServicePackage Just keep in mind that if you need real-time data from the CME Group that you need a live, funded, futures trading account to which Sierra Chart can be connected, in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees. Refer to the following for more information: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges If you do not have a trading account that you can use to qualify for the CME Group Non-Professional requirement, then we recommend the solution outlined at the following link: Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement Once you have worked out the above (if necessary) then you would follow the instructions at the following links: - For CME Group data: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* - For EUREX, CFE, and NASDAQ TotalView: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: All Other Exchanges* For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
