Dear Sierra chart engineering team,

I am currently trading with earn2trade and rithmic and have been following the easy solution to receive properly my dataflow.
If I can receive properly my real time dataflow, I have issues in downloading my historical data. For example, my historical data has been downloaded on Friday 14 th october until 14:36 and then I had no data until I connect this morning at 10:15.
I stop my trading session around 11:00 and come back at 16:30. I got my data downloaded from 10:15 to 15:30 and nothing from 15:30 to 16:22.
I have been doing the easy solution again for this month and the problem is not fixed.

Could you please indicate the procedure to make it work.
